To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, billing information, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

If you create an account, your name, address, email and phone number will be stored and used to populate the checkout for future orders.

I respect your privacy and promise to use any information we hold about you in a safe and responsible way.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact forms

When you submit a contact form, you are providing me with your name and email address. I keep this information solely for customer service purposes and for no longer than a period of 7 days after the query is answered after which it is deleted. I do not use the information submitted in contact forms for marketing purposes.

“Cookies” are small pieces of information sent by a web server to a web browser, which enables the server to collect information from the browser.

If you leave a comment on my site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

My website uses Google Analytics which is a service that transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate users IP addresses with any other data held by Google. I use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and usage.

Payments

Information about customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on my website (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). I can also see and edit that information.

Your Rights

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me.
