SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from the UK.
WITHIN THE UK:
Standard shipping is via DHL and delivery is within 2-3 working days. Orders are shipped within two working days of receipt of order.
INTERNATIONAL: All international orders are sent by Royal Mail or DHL depending on the size of your order. Shipping takes between 3 to 7 working days to most destinations but may be longer during busy periods like Christmas, Bank Holiday and so on. Your patience is very much appreciated.
CUSTOMS & DUTY: Kindly note that all international orders may be subject to customs and duties fees, which are imposed by the destination country.
These fees are not included in my product prices or shipping charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Customs and duties fees vary by country and are based on the value of the order and the type of product being shipped.
You will need to pay any fees before your order is delivered. In the event that a customer refuses to pay customs and duties fees and the order is returned to me, I will refund the cost of the product(s) minus any shipping fees and customs and duties fees that were incurred.

RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a refund, you must inform me of your wish to return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your items. The items must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned and we advise that you obtain a certificate of posting.
